As a participant with us, you have rights and our staff will respect these rights. We aim to give you the power to make your own choices about how you live your life and the support you receive.

You have the right to:

Confidentiality regarding any information given to Kindred Care about you. All communication is treated as confidential and no disclosure of information will be made without your written or verbal consent. There are a few exceptions to this right in emergency situations where there is duty of care issues or where we are legally obligated to disclose information.
